At Ankha Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are custom-made through trusted third-party partners, Printify and Printful, our return and refund policy aligns with their guidelines. Please review the details below:
Returns

Custom-Made Orders: Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., selecting the wrong size, color, or design). Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that all final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, limited-edition designs, personalized items, or any products explicitly marked as 'final sale' at the time of purchase. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the sale is final.
Disclaimer
All items are custom-made on demand. As such, slight variations in color or design may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique nature of custom-made products.
Replacements and Refunds
We strive for excellence in our products, but if there is an issue with your order, we're here to assist!

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
Upon review, we will process a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received an incorrect item or if part of your order is missing, please contact us within 20 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly. In the event of a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Note
Ankha Aura is not liable for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party production partners, Printify and Printful. However, we will work closely with them to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request, please reach out to our customer support team at Support@ankhaaura.com. Include your order number, photos and description of any defects or issues.
Refund Processing Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
